Don't trust this place. Honestly they rob your money. I literally moved into a property for 4 days before it was inhabitable. YAB didnt do anything to help and didnt refund any money.Unprofessional and due to working away, they didnt answer any phone calls. Very very unprofessional.
Fantastic letting agent! We were waiting on a property that had come up to rent but unfortunately the previous tenents were unable to vacate the property at the time stated. The letting agents commincated with consistency and politeness and very true to their word holding the property for me. Very smooth and professional service. Yab also now do the tenancy agreement on the day you move in electronically and the inventory all on the day of moving proving very efficient. Just to add this is the only letting agent that offer this electronic service. The fees are fantastic compared to other leading agents. All in all Yab are by far the best letting agent I've dealt with over the years and would highly reccomend this agent to any prospective renters. 10/10
