Buyer Beware! Last and final bids had to be in by 5.30 pm on the Friday. On the Saturday informed my bid had been successful. Hooray! Spent the weekend pulling funds together. Four days later, informed the other bidder had increased his/her last and final bid and the owner had now gone for the increased offer!! Did I want to increase my last and final bid? Not likely. What a joke: except Im not laughing. Lost property and lost money disturbing long term investments.
