Rang the store the other day regarding booking a viewing and spoke with a young chap called Ryan - very nice lad who was extremely friendly and professional. During the viewing he maintained his high standards he had achieved over the phone. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my queries honestly and professionally. He advised me to book an appointment with the in store mortgage advisor as I am a first time buyer. He arranged the appointment and provided me with all the information required and even put me on the mailing list for properties which may be of interest to me. My appointment was with Kelly who was punctual and welcoming. She went through the entire process thoroughly and showcased her depth of knowledge. Kelly ensured that not a single detail was missed to ensure my needs were catered for. I left the meeting with a much greater understanding. I can now look forward to purchasing my first home. Kelly and Ryan have both now made me feel much more comfortable and knowledgeable about a situation which I was previously anxious and uneducated about.
