Ordered 4 brake pads to replace a set that had broken. Arrived quickly but all 4 sets pads were the wrong ones.Called them up to rectify, the number rings and cuts our after a few rings.Emailed them and they were very quick to respond and promised to post out the correct pads ASAP. Will amend review once they arrive.

I ordered the wrong item, I contacted the guys at Uber bike and they helped me order the correct item and sorted everything very quickly. A pleasure to deal with! I'll definitely be using them again.

I've often purchased stuff from Uberbike from. eBay. Always good service. A recent wrong brake pad order on my part revealed that they are only 0.5 miles away from where I work. I popped in on my lunch with trepidation. Are they hawkers who know nothing about bikes and have no interest in customer service? I could not have been more wrong. They exchanged my pads without quibble. They offered free advice and web link on how to sort my squeaky brakes. These chaps definitely know their onions and their products inside out. And even though I was asking dumb questions, they couldn't do enough to help. They even sold me some brake cleaner at a discount price ( didn't have to)Proper service! Will definitely use again and would recommend. Almost can't wait for my gear cables to wear so I can by some Flat Wound alternatives. Brilliant product. British engineering at its best. Crack on lads! I'll be back:-)
