Ok, so went this afternoon to look at eBikes.A friendly greeting when we arrived and told if we needed anything we could ask.We were then left in peace to browse eBikes at our leasure, we then went for some help.What a breath of fresh air it was to be helped by Ryan he understood our requirements, measured us perfectly for bikes, was very knowledgeable.It was nice to be served by someone without any pressure to buy. It must have worked as we bought his and hers Cube bikes.Thanks again for a warm friendly service.
Travelled 20 miles to view e cycles and wasnt dissapointed , the range , style and choice was vast , received some very helpful advice from Jeff/Geoff and managed to select a bike suitable for my needs , collected it today and again some much assistance from cycle staff , which gives you confidence in your purchase , had it loaded for me into my car , couldn't waityo try it out and again very pleased , my first experience with an electric assisted cycle and after a run around the block feel really confident that I'm really going to enjoy the fresh air , exercise the joints and hopefully get a little fitter "thanks to the staff again at j e James " Dave
Over the period of approx 6 weeks I have been back and forth to the Rotherham branch of J E James to select, buy and have setup 2 new road bikes. Both Andy & Adam have helped in this process and both have been fantastic. I've got shops considerably nearer but there's a reason I travel to this shop and it's both competitive costs and excellent customer service that drives me there. I'd recommend this shop no problem.
