When I went through the door carrying a 'crappy back wheel' I didn't know what to expect. What I saw was a man full of passion for cycling. I saw honesty and a person I could trust. My wheel was off of a bicycle shaped object that needed a better quality axle than the one the cost cutting makers fitted and without any sense of being judged I got quoted a 'fair price' to put it right.More than just getting a quote though, I got to spend time with someone who not only loves cycling and bikes but also knows how to fix them...A true diamond.I bet there's a few biking stories he could tell :-)
