Post office says its open till 8 pm. I went to pick a parcel up at around 7:45 pm and the guy behind the counter who works there who had a post office uniform t shirt on said I dont know how to work the post office stuff, and the woman who normally does it has gone home so had to make another trip the next day
I received excellent customer service today at my local post office, Mrs Bindah was very helpful and went out of her way to explain packaging and pricing and even helped me with a good deal and saved me money, I walked out a very happy customer and pounds up. Thankyou
