It's a pleasure to be in this post office very friendly happy staff who really enjoy helping their customers,,, I too had a few unpleasant experiences at Broom Lane after Peter left the Post Office, the owner is rude and not very helpful I remember buying some pesos for Mexico and when we went to exchange them to sterling he said we don't exchange that currency What??? It's a cold unfriendly place and always smells of curry he was even eating at the counter once when I went in once disgusting!!
Absolutely wonderful customer service experience every time I go... Really helpful. And kind staff I had a terrible experience at broom Lane and decided to go to brecks post office instead and its the best post office in Rotherham!!! Can't say enough about the staff they are lovely. x
