Damaged walls because they couldnt be bothered to take the legs off the sofa. Contacted them about this and they have ignored the matter and now left with a bill to fix the damage. EST since 1999 and cant manage to get their delivery right. The one star is for the sofa which is ok but nothing can be said about the delivery service.
After visiting all the named branded stores, we couldn't find exactly what we were looking for but after visiting S2 SOFAS we soon found the sofa for us. and at a much reduced price than the branded stores for the same sofa.....a special thank you to Amanda in the Rotherham store at which we spent ages, she was so patient and very helpful, we then went onto Maltby and was helped by Luke who was also very patient.. we would also like to thank Luke for the fast delivery due to us sitting on Sun loungers... we would also like to thank the delivery driver who was very good at his job.. we have already recommended S2 SOFAS to many people. keep up the good work and praise to all of you, It was definitley worth the visit for us anyway... many thanks Mr and Mrs Ashworth

Outstanding! Where do I start?... Got the exact model I was looking for for half the price that I normally saw online.- Delivery within 2 weeks and I didn't have to pay a penny or lift a finger as it was on the route of an existing run of deliveries. - Needed to do some essential work training which meant I was going to be out of the middle of the day for 4 hours, meaning I needed it before 12. Told them 2 days before and they kindly managed to rearrange their routes. Even better, got the knock on my door at just before 10! Meaning I had plenty of time to get through to work and settle down. - Set the whole thing up for me and even plugged it in, refusing to let me lift a finger. - Icing on the cake is that they even took my existing excuse of a futon away - I don't imagine this is normal service as one of the lads believed he would make use of it, but the gesture and convenience saved me 20 in disposal fees. Wish I could give them 6 stars. Honestly the best and simplest purchase I've ever made. Exactly what we needed after a stressful move and making our house a home. Thank you so much!
