Bought a flat pack bookcase yesterday, arrived home to find pieces missing. Spoke with a lovely lady called Jayne and 15 minutes later I had the pieces. Brilliant service.
Shocking. Bought 2 wardrobes maybe 15 months ago, in that time Ive had one of the plastic rail brackets snap. In fairness the first time it happened they provided me with a better replacement part. Its just happened again, (poor design clearly) I ask how I BUY one of these parts afterall its over 12 months old and I know that it wont be covered. Seemed quite comfortable to state they cant support. Very frustrating this must have happened to loads of Corona Wardrobes, dont buy.
I really want to give this company zero stars, but I guess you can't here.Don't expect to get an update on when they are delivering because they don't know because the order direct from the factory. They managed to not deliver one of my beds!!Also if your lucky you will get a bed with all the parts, we got 2 double beds one was ok but the second one had screws missing.The after sales care is appalling its the first time I have ever been hung up from someone that are in sales.I made two separate orders for two separate people and they manage to combine the orders together and give me one invoice mixing up the delivery and billing addresses.If you want to chance it and save a few pounds go with them and pray you don't have any problems, but in the future I would never go cheap and order for a few pounds less.
False Advertising!! Seller put the price up as soon as I tried to make a purchase.
