I would not register with then. They give you lots of excuses and lie to you face only for not to give you an appointment. I have been with this clinic for years and it used to be ok, but from the recent years it's been a nightmare to get an appoint. first they started asking you why you want an app. so they can decide if they give an app or not. If you have a kid they will tell you to go on thurs6day and end up staying there for hours. If you manage to get an app be prepared to wait hours for your app. My daughter been unwell at begining of the week, so she's not been to the nursery, wednesday i thought she was getting better but thursday she started to get worse and by friday even worse. I called the clinic near my house at ridge way and been told the doctor wouldn't be there on that day ( it's only one doctor visiting this clinic).Had to called the shakespeard rd clinic far from me, this clinic is conected with ridgeway clinic. Been told they are full and don't have apps, receptionist said after ask me what was wrong with my daugther that doctors don't see people only for a cough (she as an expert that she is diagnosed my daughter as a simple cough) and told me to go visit a pharmacy. I decided to call 111 and end up in the hospital and my daughter was diagnosed with a chest infection. Bear in mind that my daugther has lots of food allergies and been in ward last year for 5 days with a chest infection, begining of tuberculosis less than a year ago.But this time she didn't need to stay in the hospital.Monday called both clinics for a follow up app and the medication was finishing.As usually no apps, been told to call 08.00 next day so that they can tell you again that there are no apps, they make you a few questions after you explain your situation and they will decide that the doctor don't see you for your problem.At the end receptionist tells you to change clinics because other clinics have more docters, unbelievable.

Its the worse surgery you can ever come to I have had such a bad experience here. At this surgery you have to phone 8 oclock if you need appointment other wise no appointment for you and then if lucky to get any appointment throw that millions people calling at one time and when you turn up to appointment you have to wait another 2 hours for your appointment to come and the Dr will be doing jack all, everytime the patient come out of the dr room they had to rest for like 10 minutes to see other patients is that a joke or what and lets talk about kids now if you wanna book appointment for kids they will say bring it between 9/10 on Thursday and when you go there you should take your bed as well with you cuz you dont come out until 12 no respect or sorry for the poor patient they are just printing money there that all.
