All staff are excellent and very caring
takes them weeks before an appointment. had a stomach since may2017 and now got referred to hospital.
Very poor receptionists. When you get there and say hi the way they look at you and attitude make us feel like we are some sort of losers. It's a shame that NHS hired very miserable staff at reception. Doctors been helpful always.
I am not going to put all the blame on the reciaptionists because its hard to get an app as i believe its not them to blame. But there is some horible doctors in there like one that made me feel like i was some kind of idiot...i left tgw room crying and came home to not being able to open my mouth to my paetner to explain why in choking in my tears, i wasnt able to sleep all nifht from stress, and this surgary still defended the doctor that obviously was wrong, even another doctor made it clear he did not like her for the same reason,. We go to gp to sort our problems and we go home feeling so much worse, who does that?
Terrible surgery. Miserable and unhelpful staff. It takes around an hour to get through to the reception to be told there's no appointments. A simple task such as getting a repeat prescription requires you to take a day off work to organise as none of the staff know what there doing and over complicate everything. Awful awful place. Would not recommend anyone go to this surgery.
