Been coming to this dentist now since moving into the area nearly 5 years ago, never an issue prior to today...late for an appointment by 15 minutes due to traffic on the A1, tried to call several times to inform them but no answer and the phone line kept cutting me off. Arrived after finally speaking to receptionist on the phone who said to get there and well see what we can do. Dentist told the receptionist he would not see me to discuss the situation. Todays experience of brinsworth dental surgery was wholly unsympathetic and uncourteous. Dentist would not see me again after asking to speak to him. Terrible service. Walked out. Will seek another dentist.
Well organised and had no major wait time. It would be better if you could pay by card rather than cash but generally speaking everything else was fine.
Not a shocking waiting time so I'm not that disappointed.. dentist didn't really explain much and was a bit rough with my teeth so I'm hoping I don't have the same person to do my filling next month.. reception staff were friendly at least and the availability of appointments is amazing compared to most NHS places! Did not appreciate being shouted to come up though, would have been a bit more respectful for the nurse to come down herself and ask for me.
