Rotherham Central is providing the services it is designed for pick up and local. The new platforms will allow class 399 tram trains safe access to Rotherham Central, they'll start / finish at Parkgate. By Summer 2018 there should be more passengers calling here. There is a ticket office and a taxi place.
Rubbish, pathetic dump not worthy of a village, let alone the third largest town in Yorkshire! I wrote a similar review before but it has suspiciously disappeared...
Nice little station with helpful staff. Lovely little coffee shop too
Has some nice facilities, direct trains to Leeds, Doncaster and Sheffield.
The building is nice and modern and has a heated waiting room. Only has 2 platforms and the connections aren't the best, most of the time you end up just going to sheffield and changing there.
