Vito was a star throughout. Having had an appalling quote from another, well known national, firm I contacted Vito based on Internet reviews. So glad I did. He puts the customers first and appreciates that house moves are shaky until the last moment, so no penalty clause nonsense!!Turned up with his team promptly on time, emptied the house within 90 mins and all safely secured in the van!Did a similarly excellent job at the new home, respecting that the carpet needed protecting, removing doors, chair legs etc and working like a dedicated, professional team.Only negative is he forgot the portable wardrobes so we had to improvise, but still gets 5 stars!!If you want a local, reliable, friendly team then VG are highly recommended by this household!
