Food well I've had nicer takeaway and thought a Restraunt could do better ! All you.can eat buffet but you have to order it from a menu and you only have 2 hours to complete ! We was waiting half hour for our first course , and ages for main ! No chance of a second helping of anything cos there wouldn't be time .
NEVER EVER ORDER FROM HERE! Ordered a delivery and waited 2 hours so I phoned them up to be told that they would set off in 20 mins. so 30 mins later I phoned back to be told it would be another 20 mins! so after nearly 3 hours of waiting I ended up having to drive and collect I got there and all they could say is we're busy even tho there was only about 10 people in the restaurant.... ABSOLUTE SHAMBLES NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!
Ordered food, rang up after 2hours of waiting for food for the guys to say oh urr busy will take another 45minutes nearly 3hours waiting for food, questioned why so long! As it's a 30pound order it shouldn't take 3hours got a response from them get refund from just eat!! Absolutely discusting service, never again what a let down

Service beyond appalling. We sat over half hour waiting for second main order to be taken. I went down to bar to be told we finished despite it being a 2hr all you can eat buffet. I offered to pay half price since had less than half food we were expecting and such poor service. Initially they refused and locked us in. It was only when we called police on 999 that they agreed and i paid the reduced bill that I offered to pay. Then they opened the door. Never experienced anything this bad in a restaurant. The food was ok despite a very limited menu for choice, but the rest of the experience was the worst. I took video of their aggression and poor attitude. Will not return.
