I would highly recommend PRH for conveyancing. They were recommended by a neighbour. (The Point, Bradmarsh way office). I used them to buy my first house not knowing how any of it works. Claire Marsh was my solicitor and was brilliant. Very reasonably priced compared to what others had quoted. Claire replied to emails/calls straight away and made everything simple. Definitely would recommend.
Amazing service
Parker Rhodes - Residential property sales team. After you have instructed this firm you will never get to speak to a solicitor. All matters are dealt with by their admin staff. They are too busy to answer the phone. They will not update you. They even managed to lose paperwork that I hand delivered. Other legal teams in the same firm are better, its a shame the conveyancing brings the whole place down.
