Absolutely disgusting. Phoned to ask for a price - was answered by a man with broken English (which isn't a problem) when I asked him to politely repeat he shouted "do you actually speak English" at me.... disgusting
Took 8 shirts to be washed, ironed and cleaned. Ended up going back as 4 shirts were still dirty on the collar and two white shirts had been turned grey. The owner blamed me for not telling him the temp to wash at! He didn't apologise but begrudgingly gave me a partial refund to go away. Never again.
