Absolutely shocking, taking payments for goods they havent got in stock,but then letting me stay in all day expecting a non existing delivery loosing a days pay, this should be illegal making interest on my money when no exchange has been made. Not a happy customer.
Ridiculous service. Popped in to buy some bits for a bathroom renovation.What a palaver to order the stuff and then waited ages to collect.
Couldn't have been more impressed with the knowledge and helpfulness of the guy behind the counter yesterday. Not just another trade shop! Will definitely buy from there again.
Awful service. Called here for a set of replacement screws for a flat-packed item I was building - the original screws were the incorrect diameter, so I took a piece with me and asked if they could use the threaded hole to match it up to. After queueing for a good 5-10 minutes, I explained what I needed and was given an 'i doubt it' look, a few sighs, and some random button pushing on a keyboard, and then told they have six pages of screws - if I didn't know which one I wanted in advance, they couldn't help. I thought I was being petty at first by thinking this was bad service, until I went to screwfix round the corner with the same dilemma and the assistant there couldn't do enough to help. She looked at at least 4 different diameters and lengths, and made sure I had the right ones. For the sake of a couple of quidsworth of screws, this shop has lost a customer for life - you can't have a 'cant be bothered' attitude AND want people's money, too, unless you are selling something you simply cannot get elsewhere - and as a company, they are not very unique.
First visit, moderately busy and they quickly opened up the spare till to serve. Friendly and efficient service.
