Amazing gym with great facilities! Love the ladies gym room and the classes such as body combat and body pump. The staffs are kind and friendly. The most important thing is the monthly fee are affordable.
Membership is so affordable even I can afford to keep fit, also love the free classes. The ability to use another gym in another city is so fantastic. I travel a lot and at least I can still train when I am in another city.

Good place to work out. Plenty of equipment and completely up to date. The staff also help out in every way possible. If your a begging, they will give you a routine that's not to stressful and will not hurt you but will start you on your way to getting you to where you want to be in fitness terms
