Staff here are great. Clean tidy store. Smaller store though so dont always have items in store. Good food hall.
Staff very friendly polite and helpful. Shame store is to close . M &S will loose a lot of custom due to this closure. Not everyone has means of getting to other stores. Start of a slippery slope!!!!!!!! BAD MANAGEMENT
Love to shop at Parkgate M&S, clothes are always good quality. Went for a coffee and staff usually brilliant but one a bit sharp today. Probably worried about the future closure. Caf always busy and somewhere for the elderly customers to go. Got talking to a lovely old lady who lives at Wath and will have to get a taxi to meadowhall M&S if she needs to buy her clothes once you close. A terrible expense for a pensioner!! Please re-think your proposed closure.
Great food, clothes, and cafe is offered here at Parkgate retail world just outside Rotherham. There are free buses available from Rotherham bus terminal. Also the Retail centre is set on the main road from Rotherham straight to Doncaster and other areas are supported by the bus services.
Staff are very attentive and make shopping there a pleasure. Great range and the food is excellent quality.
