Very bad customer service, when I called to make sure if I can rent a car on eu driving licence before I finished my sentence I heard no you can't, then that person hanged up. I wad shocked so I called second time and different person picked up, I explained that I'm in UK for 2 and a half years now and if I can rent a car. I've been told that according to law after one year in UK I need to change my driving licence which is a lie. I just called dvla to make sure and they confirmed that I don't have to change my driving licence for at least 5 years since I arrived to UK. So company showed very bad service and lack of knowledge about existing law in UK.
