Absolutely rubbish once they have your money not bothered, after sales very bad. My daughter was tiled because she got upset that she was depressed and to go and have a walk round Rotherham park. She had just had a baby and baby having problems, she was in bits . Pathetic sales men !!! OR DO THEY HAVE A DEGREE IN PSYCHOLOGY
DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR VEHICLE AS CALL CUSTOMERS LIEARS Have no customer care skills.Had a Vauxhall combo van went into have lock done on sliding door did not cost me as was still under warranty but took a stroll around the back to work shop and found that they had put my 6,000.00 pounds van door paint faced surface onto concrete floor with out any protection at all so I quickly took pictures and went back to front desk and spoke with staff and asked if I could speak with a manager to complain a manager came I asked why is my van door on floor he said let me check who dealing with it and get back to me with in a matter of seconds he was back I said can I see my van please he guided me round to back to see only to now find they had put some cardboard under my door I said you having a laugh ya says what you mean because 5min ago that was no their, he said it was I say you calling me a bloody lier I says be careful b4 you answer that I say tell you what that door better not have 1 scratch or dent or a blemish in that door mate I then took out me phone showed my pictures and I says do you see that cardboard on floor in my pictures face went bright red and says he will make sure it's polished and no blemishes or dents in door. Just goes to show without the pictures would have been hear say.
