Personally I'm happy I've never been having seen the awful job they did for my daughter, she went in for her eyelashes and nails and OMFG they should have been free for what she left with. Sadly I wasn't with her and she is far to nice a person to have rightfully complained before leaving. She went in on a Friday and her lashes started falling off by Monday, but overall they did look nice. Sadly the nails looked like a three year old had a go that day, they were hugely fat, terribly uneven, see through in places, the edges were sharp and uneven, they looked like they had two week growth on day one, the girl didn't listen to how short to make them and then they were falling off by Wednesday. Honestly if you are going to employ someone who is still in college learning to become a nail technician DON'T charge the full 30 just so you can make more, makes me sick.My daughter felt bad about complaining so it wasn't until Thursdays that I actually git her to agree and her dad called in , he was told they would fix everything. But when he took her in on the Friday the woman he spoke to was quite rude and really defensive, she wouldn't agree to sorting the lashes saying they should have come off by then even though they told my daughter they would last up to two weeks not two days. The owner was nicer and let her get the nails redone, but only the ones that didn't already fall off even though those were awful. They were then so rude to say my daughter had to wait till the girl that originally did the terrible job to finish with another client, even though two other women were just stood there doing nothing.My daughter then came away being told she clearly had growth on here nails , which was actually due to them not being put on properly in the first place, they literally looked worse then the first set, clearly the girl needs glasses as she was totally unable to match the glitter she used, and the edges were sharper then before. I mean come on she didn't even push the cutical back.My daughter was then told they hope she comes back, hahaha. Seeing as my daughter's friend had an even worse experience I doubt very highly that either will ever be returning and not them or anyone they know will recommend this hack show.
Very nice clean and beautiful place, customer service was good. The staff took a long time in doing their work, an hour's pedicure took more than 2 hours, the hairdresser was very slow, not a smile on her face and didn't talk much. If your client has only got an hour to get her pedicure, etc done and you take so long, they will think twice before going back. Saying that I think and hope it's just an initial problems of any new place. I am hoping to go back for my massage and hope to get a relaxing, calming massage
Very happy with my first appointment,definitely not the last one. Been at so many places in rotherham but no one helped me with my skin.and finally i found a good skin care doctor.Very professional.
Rushed massage and didn't put towel over me and didn't keep asking if pressure was ok and cut cuticles
